　　♦ Updated flanging process: For anchor bracket products (with high tensile strength requirements), the industry wide flanging process has been simplified, and the yield rate has been improved;

　　♦ High precision forming: For example, for forming ring products (with high precision requirements), the position and flatness overlap can reach 0.1mm, completing the replacement of domestic parts;

3.Experimental Testing Center: Zeiss Contura Coordinate Measuring Instrument, Keyence 3D Scanner, MTS Tensile Testing Machine, ESPEC High and Low Temperature Test Chamber, Shanghai Electric Salt Spray Test Chamber, etc.

4.Mold processing: Heck VMX24Hsi high-speed machining center, Yawei Longmen NVP2012 machining center, Muye U3 slow wire cutting machine, Yawei high-performance NV-850/2000 high-efficiency vertical machining machine, etc.

5.Production equipment: Equipped with 9 sets of Jinfeng and Xieyi 110T to 400T punching machines from Ouli and Ruihui, and 24 sets of other punching machines.
